Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online with the confirmation link sent via email or text. Or call or text us within 24 hours, during business hours to cancel or reschedule. If you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, you will not have to pay another deposit, however, if you do not cancel your appointment within the required 24 hours or do not show up, all deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. ~Each appointment time is given a 10 minute grace period. After the grace period, your appointment will be considered a cancellation. If there is no appointment scheduled in the slot after your appointment time, we may be able to provide the services. This is entirely at the discretion of the professional your appointment is booked with. ***A $10 late fee will be applied.
